This wooden Ambabari elephant is hand-carved from seasoned high-density wood and painted with a matte black base coat. Over the black surface, a broad gold-toned area is painted on the elephant's back and umbrella (canopy), and multicolour floral emboss patterns in pink, emerald green, white, and red are layered on top using a raised relief painting technique. At 16cm height, 8cm length, and 7cm width, it is a compact display piece suited for shelves, desks, and console tables.

Black & Gold Emboss – Different from Natural Wood or White Ambabari Elephants

This is the black-base gold-emboss variant of the Ambabari elephant, distinct from natural wood finish versions and white-painted Ambabari elephants in the collection. The matte black base creates a high-contrast background that makes the gold and multicolour emboss detailing stand out more sharply than on lighter base colours. The emboss technique uses thick paint layers to create a tactile, raised surface on the floral patterns, giving the piece a textured quality that is visible and felt up close. The umbrella (canopy) on the elephant's back is also painted in gold with matching multicolour emboss, maintaining visual symmetry with the body design.
