Return & Cancelation Policy

For Domestic Order: 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  
We check the quality of all orders thoroughly and pay proper attention to packing so that you do not face any problem of return, refund or damage. It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customize order.

Refund Payment Process: 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kkgift2022@gmail.com. 

Cancellation

Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 10 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation request will not be considered if the order is shipped. Orders for customized items will also not be cancelled.

For International Order: 

We do not accept any returns, Cancellation or refunds on international orders. 

We are sorry but due to the unique nature of our product all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, exchanges or credits on all export orders. We check the quality of all orders thoroughly and pay proper attention to packing so that you do not face any problem of return, refund or damage. It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products.  As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that's delivered in the best of condition.
