Shipping Service
We ship parcels via FedEx, DTDC ,DHL, UPS and other couriers. Online tracking is available for all shipments. As soon as your package ships, we will email you the tracking details and site of your package. Our team also tracks the shipment regularly so that the parcel is delivered to you on time.

Shipping charges and Delivery Time

Free shipping on purchases above Rs 300 in India. (Delivery Time: 3 to 5 Days in India)

We Ship Worldwide. Usually we deliver the orders in 8 to 12 days.

International shipping charges are extra and its depend on your order quantity, Product, weight and volume. You can email us the product SKU along with the order quantity and your delivery address, we will check the shipping cost of your order and inform you in the email.

Customs and Taxes for International 
Almost all countries impose customs duties on imported products. Please note that the courier companies DTDC ,DHL/UPS/FedEx, through which we ship your order, are able to clear customs and deliver the parcel to your address. Note that any duties and taxes charged are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of merchandise. Please contact your customs office for information regarding duties and taxes. Custom charges levied are not included in the price quoted and will be payable by the customer.

Distribution
Please note that we are direct manufacturers and sell our own handicraft products. Most of all our products are handmade. Since each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, delivery time for bulk and wholesale orders may vary depending on the quantity and particular items of your order. Bulk/wholesale orders may take approximately 15 to 20 days.
