Wooden Hand Painted Ganesh Moorti

Round Seated Ganesha, Painted by Hand on Solid Wood

A compact Ganesha turned in a rounded, almost bulbous form, with laddoos held in one hand and the other raised in blessing. The rounded shape is what gives this moorti its character, softer and friendlier than the tall carved idols, and it is painted in bright multi-colour work over solid wood.

Details

• Material: Solid wood
• Dimensions: 10 cm height, 5.5 cm diameter
• Design: Seated Ganesha, hand-painted multi-colour

Where to keep it

At 10cm it fits easily inside a home mandir, on a study table, or in a car dashboard corner where a heavy metal idol would not work. Many people keep one at the entrance of the house as well.

Gifting

An easy piece to give in numbers, which is why it is picked for Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali and return gifts at pooja functions. Hand-painted, so each one varies a little in colour.
